captain_slinkyWe just got back from "Curriculum Night" at Molly's school, a chance for the teachers to tell all the parents what they're going to do this year and how they're going to do it. It was very nice and several times during the presentation I thought to myself "Holy Smokes that's GENIUS! Why didn't I think of teaching her like that???" The teacher asked us to leave a "Sunshine Gram" message for our kids at their desks; I drew a Dalek and Jack Skellington for ours along with the messages :)
Hey, remember that Endomorphic Nerd-Dad I blogged about earlier today? His kid sits RIGHT NEXT to Molly! She, too, is a budding nerdlett which means that there are at least three nerdy kids sitting right there at that table (the other one being "Ben"). Pretty darned cool!
Also, aside from my *rugular* Library duties on Tuesdays and Fridays, Crystal and I have the opportunity to be the Library Helpers for Molly's class on Tuesdays! SCORE!!!
