Second, I'd start the bidding at $3.99 and see where it goes. It's part of a very distinct market, really. Unfortunately, I can't find info on this. Nothing looks quite like it that I can find. If it turns out to be worth a good deal, there will be collectors on it, so I wouldn't put a Buy It Now price. But look around first in the other Doll categories to see if you can find the right words to describe it in this market so you have a better chance of attracting the right buyers. I'd look for what the material is called, what type of neck-join-thingy that is, if they have a particular word for the type of hair ("molded hair", looks like) or the eyes. What about a picture of the neck itself?

The wear looks more consistent with composition construction, but I'm only basing this on pictures. I have no actual experience in person with any of this.
