In a nut-shell, you can go to pretty much any comic book store on Saturday May 3rd and get a free comic book. It's that easy! There's about 21 different comic books available this year, everything from X-Men to Batman to Archie to Manga to weird stuff from Keenspot.com... ALL FREE!!!
Free Comic Book Day started last year, and it has been decided that it needs to be an annual event. Last year, it happened to coincide with the opening weekend of the Spider-Man Movie; this year, it is on the weekend that X-Men 2 opens nation-wide.
So check it out! Get a free comic book! Find out what types of stuff is available at your local Comic Shop! I'll be spending Saturday traveling from shop-to-shop everywhere between Everett and Tacoma... maybe even further. Who knows?
