Breakfast: 2 pieces of bacon, 2-egg cheese omelette
Lunch: Boiled Chicken Thigh, Dehydrated Kale
Dinner: Chicken Hind Quarter

Gym: None (More about that later), 4.6 miles total

Clean: 20/10

[livejournal.com profile] khristle is doing a correspondence class on Electronic so that she might be able to move up in the company, which means my weekends are pretty much full of trying to keep Molly occupied right now. It would be easy to just flip on the TV and let her veg, but she's only going to be 7 years old *once* and the weather was so nice! We ended up going to see a movie, sure... but at least we did it together :) Being at the Gym today just seemed like it would be a waste.

Only managed to fit in one 20/10 of cleaning, and it was really half-assed so I don't think it really counts. It's just been a super busy weekend!

I figure I'll work out on the week days, spend time with my family on the weekends :)

Thats a solid plan. The body (and the mind for that matter) needs rest in order to restore itself. Its what keeps you from injury and burnout. So not like you needed it, but I give you full permission to enjoy your weekends with your girl(s). If you think of it, you should give yourself some good long stretches on your days off. This helps to lengthen and tone the muscles, and can actually extend the workouts you did all week. Plus it feels good & helps your muscles heal quicker. Have a great weekend. :0)
