Lunch: Boiled Chicken thigh and leg
Dinner: Boiled chicken thigh and leg
Gym: None, 9.5 Miles total
Clean: None
Carbohydrate withdrawal sucks a lot. No energy. Achy body. Sooooooo tired. Hopefully that will break today and I'll accomplish something, but yesterday? Yesterday was a complete and total wash :(
