Lunch: Skip
Dinner: Beanless Turkey Chili

Gym: None, 28.8 miles total

Clean: 20/10 x1

Yesterday, I started a Depression Cycle. By 3pm I was ready to just give up and go to be, so that's what I did - slept till about 8pm, ate some dinner, found some things to aim my depression at, then went back to sleep. Depression sucks, but at least I know that when the mood-pendulum swings again I'll get to REALLY appreciate the happiness.

Maybe I just need more coffee :/

Ive been struggling too. I think its my meds. Sunshine, youtube/babies laughing, and Disney planning. These are the things that have helped me.
