Has it been done?

captain_slinkyGame Idea that I want to make for funsies (as if I'e ever made a game that sold) - "Instant Dungeon", want to know if it's been done yet.
Four decks of different sized cards: 9x9 square "Dungeon" cards, Oversized "Character" cards, standard-size "Treasure" and "Monster" cards.
8 Miniatures, all different sculpts - 2 "Fighter", 2 "Rogue", 2 "Wizard", 2 "Cleric".
Sheet of cardboard tokens for +1, +2, +3, Hit Point, various "Legendary Items", "Level Up" and various "Monsters".
Dice.
Each player draws a Character Card at random to start. The character card will have very basic info on it - name, race, class, attack, special attack, defense, hit points.
One person "goes first", flipping over the top Dungeon Tile and placing it on the table. Everyone places their mini on an appropriate entrance square (or near one). the person who flipped the tile will then also draw a "Monster" and "Treasure" card, which will tell how many monsters and treasures to place around the room. That person then controls the monsters and acts as the DM for this turn, and allowing their character to be treated as an NPC by the rest of the party. Once the room is cleared and/or vacated, the turn passes clockwise to the next player. As the collective levels of the characters progress, so will the amount/difficulty of monsters till they finally either (a) run out of dungeon tiles, meaning that they made their way out of the dungeon alive, or (b) hit a collective level high enough to unlock a BIG BAD BOSS MONSTER and defeat it, in effect "winning" the game.
When/if your character dies, the rest of the party divvies up your belongings and you draw a new character that starts at level one and has to rely on the kindness of the rest of the party to equip.
When/if the party decides to split (NEVER SPLIT THE PARTY!!!), as each split will result in a new DM (player 1 is DM in he room where they split the party - Player 2 DM's the party that goes left, Player 3 DM's the party that goes right. This will eventually result in people at opposite ends of the dungeon DMing each others game).
So... have you heard of any game like that?
