New Year's Party

Before the Holidays, before I was sick, there had been talk of us hosting one of those awesome/epic Pierce Party Central Game Nights at our house on either the weekend before or the weekend after New Years. I can now say with 100% certainty that this idea has been CALLED OFF, as I am still sick, Molly has now got it BAD, and Crystal is in full-on denial mode about how sick she is getting.

It's a PLAGUE, people! My only comfort comes from hot beverages such as the WONDERFULLY MAGICAL Ginger-N-Honey stuff that aurora77 brought me last week - I have rewritten my Will and will be leaving the bulk sum of my estate ($27 and a half roll of Necco Wafers) to the company that makes that wonderful stuff.

There is a new flu virus from Australia that is coming through. I hear it is serious.

Yeeeugh. That's no good. :( I hope they don't have it for too long, but it's not sounding too promising.

Those drinks are amazing. Prince of Peace Ginger Honey drinks from Uwajimaya. I find them on sale sometimes for ~$5 for a large sack of packets.
