210 - Disney Tears (two kinds)

captain_slinkyLast night I was on the verge of crying in Disneyland because it was being everything that Disney Haters claim Disneyland is, right down to a playful RAT scurrying around a trashcan in broad daylight. Super crowded, giant lines for EVERY ride, everyone was obliviously rude... it wasn't that I hated these things or this place or these people that got me so upset, it was the fact that I was letting it all get to me and that I was having a BAD TIME AT DISNEYLAND :(
Today, however, we are in California Adventure and it's a completely different experience! My tears of anger are now tears of joy! About one THIRD the crowd, no waiting for anything, I've seen two shows so far, and whistled a duet of Santa Claus Is Coming To Town" with one of the Street Sweepers!
I am once again as happy as only Disney can make me :)

I think the disappointment will hurt more than the price of admission.
But I'm glad you like California Adventures. I still haven't been.
