One year ago today, I realized that I wanted to spend the rest of my life with Crystal. We had met over the internet and she flew out here to Seattle (from Ohio) over Thanksgiving '01, and we really hit it off. But it wasn't till I had flown out to Ohio for Valentines Day that I really got that feeling of "This is it, this is right". Over 9 months of living together now, seeing each other pretty much non-stop 24-7 (thanks to the two of us being unemployed), and we're still not sick of each other. Do you know how RARE that is? Even with my BEST FRIENDS throughout my life... Aaron Fowler, Tim Arnold, Andy Ferguson, Alex Weller, and Penny Grey... I could only go maybe a *month* before we just HAVE to be away from one another for fear that one will chew out the jugular veins of the other.

So to some it up, I'm in love with Crystal! I Love Crystal, and that makes me incredibly happy on this and every other day (Exspecially since I spent my first 26 Valentines Days completely and totaly alone)! Here's hoping that you, whoever may read this, have someone in your life to share today with :)

I love it when I can come up with home-spun analogies! Crystal just came in to the room wearing very tight mini-skirt and sweater. "I wish I could fit in to this for today" she said.
I replied "Oh honey, you cna wear whatever you like.. go ahead and wear something comfy!"

"But I can't... it's VALENTINES DAY!"

I say "Honey, you've all ready landed me... I all ready love you!"

Then I came up with it. THE Analogy.

In my best Andy-Griffith, down-home-Mayberry-Aunt-
Bea's-prize-winnin'-Pickel-Recipe, Barney-Fife's-one-bullet voice, I said it:

"Y'see, once you've caught the fish, ya don't have ta keep on tryin' to feed it bait!"
