Birthday Express.com
Aug. 27th, 2003 09:31 amIt has only taken 2 days of working at Subway to remind me just how much I loved doing Customer Service; Customer Service of Birthday Express.com in specific.
I really should have realized it sooner. Every interview I've gone to since working there has been full of stories about how much I loved working there, how good I was at what they do, and how I basically want to find another job where I was as "at home" as i was with that job.
Been up since 4 this morning thinking about this. It's been 5 years since i worked there last. The end result of all my pondering has been that I e-mailed the fine folks at Birthday Express.com and begged for a job.
I'm not much of a religious man, but right now I'm praying that they'll take me back.

Aug. 27th, 2003 03:54 pmDear Brian,
I am sorry, but in checking your prior employee file, when you were separated it was for cause. That dictates to me that I will be unable to offer you a position or grant you an interview. You are ineligible for rehire at Birthday Express or Storybook Heirlooms.
Thank you for expressing interest in our company and I wish you good luck in securing another opportunity.
