If you work at Comcast and are considering calling in sick today, you just might wanna go ahead and do that. TTS and SVP are down, no ETA. CADM is, well, CADM. One in 3 registrations actually go through. And of course, the customers (up to 20 on hold at a time but no less than 9 on hold at any given time) have the collective intelligence and wisdom of your average 7th-grade drop out.
