I've been doing a lot of research lately regarding the most successful Weight Watchers success stories (well okay, I read an article in Woman's Weekly magazine at the grocery store), and they all have two things in common: Planning and Water.

And so, from this point on I shall be drinking at least 64-ounces of water per day (probably more like 4 liters of water because I like to drink alot), and I will plan my meals for the next day every night before I go to bed. No more "I'll just stop by and pick up some _____ so I can make _________ for dinner" or "Oh I forgot to eat breakfast so I'll stop and have a burger at Jack In The Box". From now on, I plan my meal based on what is actually in the fridge and ready to be eaten, and I eat at the same times each day.

Isn't that the way all diets work? Bore you to death with eating? :)

I say that only partially in jest. I think half the point behind Atkins or other narrow-flavor-range diets is that if you eat the same damn thing (slab o'beef or whatever it may be) over and over you won't gorge yourself on it.

Yeah, and that's why they always backfire for me. So luckilly I can have anything I want on WW, I just need to actually *plan* on having it a day in advance!
