Just had an elderly female customer call up and YELL at me because we put the instructions for our Self Install Kit in both English and Spanish, because aparently it is widely known that only illegal imigrants speak Spanish. Then she demanded to know WHY we would sell our products to illegal imigrants (who should all be shot on sight, btw), then proceeded to tell me that Comcast is gonna be in BIG TROUBLE for this. She also informed me that us selling our product to all these illegals was somehow equal to the waste produced by a male bovine, and the told me that several times. Then she said she's going to sue Comcast for this and we won't get away with it, not in George Bush's America!

Then she hung up.

Now what *I* want to know is this; HOW did she make it THIS FAR in life without having seen a multi-lingual set of instructions for anything? Heck, even your MILK CARTON says "Open - Abierto" on it!

Not to mention Canadian immigrants that speak french, German immigrants that speak French, English, German, & Russian, Russian immigrants that speak Russian, Czech, Ukranian, & a little arabic, Egyptian immigrants that speak Arabic & Hebrew, Korean immigrants that speak... well, Korean, Chinese immigrans that speak Mandarin & Cantonese, depending on what part of the country they're from, Philipino immigrants that speak Tagalog & Ilikano, and could talk to someone who speaks Spanish although they'd have a hard time UNDERSTANDING them....

She'd be really pissed at my bank, then - for some reason, they keep sending me credit card offers in spanish.

I can only assume they're calling me an illegal immigrant, and will therefore be suing them.
