Guilt

Do I feel guilty about leaving work when there were 80 people on hold and only 4 graveyard reps to handle them all? Sure I do.

But not guilty enough to stay late and help them out.

sweet and I wasn't there this time. That happened just a few weeks ago too but I was working that night. Ahh management at their finest. You also forgot to mention that any mangement personal had allready been gone for several hours before that happened too.
