Yup! And thanks to me, Mr. Brian Peppers was the biggest thing we could talk ao at werk last night! We all agreed that he's about as tall as The Hamburglar (so all you'd see is the top of his head and his beady little eyes over the foot of your bed as he comes closer and closer), The sort-of-wet shuffling sound he makes when he walks sounds like E.T. walking, he breathes thorugh his mouth and he has the creepilly-soft voice of a little boy. "Are you my new Mommy?"

It said in the snopes article that he's in a wheelchair. So it'd be more like "squeek Squeek creak creak" as he wheels his rusty wheelchair closer and closer with his disfigured manbits free to frottage against unsuspecting folk.
