What a difference options can make!

Looks like we have a few options regarding my employment and our financial future. Options that have made work today SO MUCH MORE BEARABLE than it has been over the past several weeks!

Also, I'm wearing Jeans today. I feel so confined!

And there was free 'Spresso at werk tonight. 'Spresso RAWKS.

Finally, I got an extra-special "Thank you For Your Comcastic Spirit Of Service" award tonight because I went the extra mile for a customer. Her internet was down and she was extremely concerned that she would lose her flight reservations at Alaska Airlines.com unless she paid for the tickets by Midnight. So I went there, took her CC information and completed the purchase for her. I'm all glowing now :)

Oh nothing... I just now know that I have OPTIONS. WE have options. I don't HAVE to keep working here FOREVER. And that's really a liberating feeling, 'cuz I had really been under the impression that I had no other choice :)

Oh it's nothing *major*... I just know that I really CAN move on to a different job instead of staying here forever. I was really, REALLY under the impressiont hat I'd be stuck where I'm at forever, but we had a really good conversation about all our options. It's good to know that I'm open and available for other venues of employment :)

Me working elsewhere, or maybe me staying home with Molly and letting Crystal work. It really has opened whole new lines of thinking for me, rather than trying to figure what I can do with the dead-end position and non-gainful employment.

We could move! We could look in to completely different jobs! The future is wide open!

Watch out for Chip. That stardom has gone to his head over the years. He's been blowing "acorn dust" ever since Gizmo filed the sexual harassment suit and Monterey Jack got the restraining order. Sad really.
