ME: I'm sorry sir but I can't justify sending a technician out to your home to fix a non-Comcast problem. Your Cable Box is working fine, the problem is with your television itself. You need to contact the maker of your television. Now if it had been a problem with the cable box itself, or with the wiring...

HIM: Hang on... (*rustle, rustle* CRASH! BANG! *shake-a-shake-a-shake* THUD! *rustle rustle rustle*) Okay, NOW there's something wrong with my Cable Box! Would you send a technician, please?

I don't get it... Even if you DO send a technician to fix the box, the TV will still be broken. Who has money to throw away on temper tantrums like that?

I KNOW! I think his thinking was along the lines of TV=CABLE, CABLE=COMCAST, THEREFORE TV=COMCAST.

This is the shit that never ends...it just goes on and on my friend! Some a$$hole started busting things, I'm really not sure why. And he'll continue breaking things until the day they die...
