Podcast?

btw, before I start, looky my new icon! Is it keen, or should I resort to the good old-fashioned one?

So anywho, since I'm all laid-up here at home waiting for the wounds to heal, I was considering putting together a Podcast so no one could listen to my rantings but at least I'd feel that I was doing something! Anybody have a good source for free podcasting stuff? Found some free stuff at MyPodcast.com, just wondering if there's more to it than that.

I'm a total pod-tart. I have no idea how to use any of it. Pods are something for peas or aliens. I'm thinking of drinking the kool-aid, running up more credit card charges and just finally getting one myself. Whatever you do, don't put a mouse in a beer bottle.
