Today was the first day in nearly a WEEK where I wore pants that were not of the "Sweat" variety. Pants are VERY loose, and iw as even able to fit in to one of my Hawaiety-Flowerdy shirts with ease! I haven't worn one of my Hawaiian shirts in MONTHS! It was a very good feeling :)

I kinda want to keep doing The Liquid Diet for as long as I can now that I know I *can* do it, I just need to speak with The Doctor and see if it's medically sound to keep going like this.

I really am quite stunned about just how little of an apetite I have now, and how there are no cravings. Well I mean there are *cravings*, but they're not nearly the same as they were before. Like, BEFORE the operation my cravings were "OMG ALTON BROWN IS MAKING PAD THAI I NEED PAD THAI NOW!!!", whereas now I watch Food Netowrk and think "Ooh, that would be fun to make! I wonder if I could get Crystal to eat it after I make it?"

Case in point; tonight I made Crystal a low-carb dinner that had been formulating in my head for the past two or three days. It involved layers of saute'ed onions & Mushrooms, Swis Cheese, Chicken Breast and Ham. It was extremely pretty, and Crystal claims that it was very delicious and filling! It made me very happy :)

Protien shake for breakfast, Protien shake for lunch, Jello and/or Protien Shake for dinner. Sips of water thorugh the rest of the day.

Sounds like fun, huh?
