Is it a store? A restaurant? An Amputation/Fried Chicken/NAMBLA franchise?!?!?

I believe he called the "one leg" for starters and secondly the ad is for a chain of convenience stores like 711 or Sonic called Macs. According to the ad they now sell chicken. Personally I'm thinking they have possibly joined forces with either KFC or and company called Chubby Chicken. When I used to live in Regina there was a Macs store around the corner from me and they had a Subway counter in the store. Perhaps they no longer are in with Subway any more and are now in with some chicken franchise. Now that I look at the website I discover the following:

"Our potential food service partners (depending on location) include Subway, Quizno’s, Taco Del Mar, Sarpino’s Pizza, A&W, M&M’s and others."

Now some of the strange ads I've seen for places here, there is no way this ad is any weirder. As an example: The king ads from Burger King, That singing tard in the starburst ads, obey you tirst ads, Catch the rainbow skittle ads, and lets not forget Vern Fonk just to name a couple.
