Guilt

Do I feel guilty about leaving work when there were 80 people on hold and only 4 graveyard reps to handle them all? Sure I do.

But not guilty enough to stay late and help them out.

Just recently (like within the last 3 days) I have added about ten new friends to my LJ.

Several young wimmin... young enough to be my daughters. I'm sure they all think I'm a psycho kid-toucher who is just stalking them so I can get on Dateline: NBC.

One Gay version of me (well okay... Gayer version of me. CURSE YOU ANDREW LLOYD WEBBER FOR YOUR SNAPPY TUNES!!!. AND CURSE MY NATURALY FLAMBOYANT STYLE!!!

One old High-School chum whom I have not spoken with in 16 years or so. Don't worry, P... he's not a part of our "Circle of Shame". He graduated the year before you got there :)

I finally got my old desk back today from the clutches of the nefarious "Newbie" who had been camping out here since the shift change, and it seems that the person sharing this cubicle/desk area... the person who gets here about three hours before me every day... the person who has TRULY claimed this litle square of cubes?

She's an avid FOX NEWS watcher :(

I need to find a nice, friendly, NON-POLITICAL corner of the call center to claim as my new Homeland. THis area is... it's just unclean :(
